The Saint Ex Estate is ideally located near Lyon Saint Exupéry Airport.
Spread over an area of 20 hectares, it consists of two distinct stables.
A very luxurious owner’s stable designed for competition horses of multiple disciplines with a focus on show jumping.
And a transit stable designed to accommodate passing horses for a day, a night, or a few days.
The Saint Ex Domain can be classified among the most beautiful stables in France, for its architectural design, modernity, quality of facilities, and the diversity of services offered.
This equestrian complex is also entirely eco-responsible.
The Saint EX estate has two distinct stables with two very different objectives:
A high-end owner’s stable designed for competition horses.
Accommodates up to 34 boxes.
A stable designed to accommodate passing horses for a day, a night, or a few days. Accommodates up to 20 boxes.
A stable designed to accommodate passing horses for a day, a night, or a few days. Accommodates up to 20 boxes.
This prestigious stable has a capacity of 34 boxes measuring 4m x 3.50m, each with an individual outdoor terrace of the same size. The floor is made of rubber cast in place. A vacuum system facilitates box maintenance. Each horse can have a paddock all year round. Showers and horse preparation areas are equipped with solariums.
The comfort of riders has not been sacrificed either. Charging stations in the parking lot.
A bright 60 x 30-meter riding arena, directly accessible from the stable.
An outdoor quarry measuring 80 metres by 50 metres. Both are equipped with powerful LED lighting, enabling them to work at night.
The riding arena and quarry are watered by sub-irrigation, enabling the sand to be moistened evenly, saving considerable quantities of water.
In a separate annex building, a health center equipped with a spa, aqua trainer, and a horse treadmill. Another building houses a specific area for veterinary care and another space dedicated to the farrier. Thus, no related activity disturbs the tranquility of the boarders.
The St Ex estate, with its 2,500 m2 of photovoltaic panels, is self-sufficient in electricity, while supplying the surrounding area. Recovery of rainwater from the roofs and the quarry, together with a back-up borehole, means that the stable is self-sufficient in water for all its activities. Wastewater is fully treated and returned clean to nature.
The Saint-Ex domain is ideally located near Lyon Saint Exupéry airport, just a few kilometers from a motorway junction (A46, A43, A432).
